signature.email offers 6 free templates, along with 14 purchasable templates, but you don’t really need those. The 6 free templates they offer allow you to add your company logo, a picture of yourself, and clickable social media links. You can change the font, colors, and background. MySignature offers 5 free templates that you can edit. You can also start from scratch, or purchase more ready-made templates. MySignature is compatible with Gmail, Outlook, Thunderbird, and Apple Mail. Check out MySignature here.

3. HoneyBook

HoneyBook offers 8 free templates and claims your email signature will only take 30 seconds to create. Pick a template, fill out the information, and then add your logo or photo. mailsignatures contains the most free templates out of all of these sites, and can give you signatures that stand out. You can add banners, logos, pictures, and even graphics. Check it out here.

HubSpot is my personal favorite out of all of the free websites listed, and I even use it for my own email signature. There’s 6 free templates, and contains no purchasable content.
